The short version: we collect what we need to send you emails you asked for, deliver what you buy, keep our accounts legal and understand how the site is used. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe, see your data or have it deleted by emailing csaba@gameofconversions.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Game of Conversions OÜ, registry code 16607514, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data collected through gameofconversions.com, our emails, our checkouts and our services. Contact: csaba@gameofconversions.com.
For purchases invoiced by Borzási Csaba E.V. (Hungary), the E.V. is the controller of the invoice and accounting records for those purchases. Everything else is handled by Game of Conversions OÜ.

We use AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) to work on materials you send us for a service you bought. We put no more personal data into them than the task needs.
We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our email tool tags subscribers by the links they click, so we can send more relevant emails.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use it:

We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with a business that takes over our products (you'll be told). We never sell your personal data.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. We rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise.
5. Cookies
- Necessary cookies keep the site, checkout and security working.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) show us which pages help readers.
- Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) measure our ads and let us show ads to past visitors.
Analytics and marketing cookies load when you arrive on the site, and our cookie banner tells you so. You can object at any time. To stop them, block or delete cookies in your browser, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. You can also email us to object.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you, and give you a copy (access and portability);
- correct it (rectification);
- delete it (erasure), unless we must keep it by law, such as invoices;
- restrict or object to how we use it – including an absolute right to object to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before.
Email csaba@gameofconversions.com. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority where you live.
7. Our emails
Every email has an unsubscribe link. We track opens and clicks to improve our emails and to remove people who no longer read them.
8. Children
Our site and products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls. No system is 100% secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Changes
We'll post any update here with a new date. For important changes, we'll also email you.
